I’ve always loved walking through the Stockade District in Kingston. There’s something timeless in the air. This house sat right on the edge of the neighborhood, about 120 years old, filled with character and quirks.

If you know what a Yankee gutter is, you know you're dealing with the real thing. Original pocket doors framed by old window trim, a carved wooden banister on the staircase. This was pure American beauty. I kept all the best details, carefully restored or repaired what was needed, and gave the space new life.

The kitchen got a bright refresh, and the attic (once a notorious cat-piss den) became a soundproof band practice zone. Outside, I added a jacuzzi tub and created a tucked-away private garden, Perfect for soaking and unwinding.

It’s still the old white house with the red door. I kept it that way on purpose.
