This project began as a simple 1 bedroom casita tucked in the hills of Lagunas. I transformed it into a stylish two family apartment building, designed to embrace the panoramic beauty of ocean, jungle, and mountain views, while offering the comforts of upscale city living.
The second floor features a private deck with an open-air soaking tub facing the Pacific, plus an outdoor shower and easy access to a fully equipped kitchen. Every tile layout was planned digitally (yes, on the computer!), blending precision with creativity.
All second floor woodwork is crafted from solid teak. Costa Rica’s #1 furniture grade wood, bringing both elegance and durability to the space.
